Midnight Matinée is The Lost Patrol’s
seventh proper release and will be available for human consumption in
early October. Like all TLP CDs, you can expect the usual fare of ethereal,
twangy goodness with dark twists and turns that distinguish this release
from its predecessors. Matinée’s vocals are delivered
by newcomer extraordinaire, Mollie Israel, who joined the band in early
2008. The format will be a gorgeous six panel digipak created by the band’s
own Michael Williams. Downloads will be available at iTunes
and all other astute purveyors of digital music.
Shows in support of Matinée are currently
being booked.
